Park Model Rental rates for April 15 - October 15, 2026

Park Model Rentals are rented for a maximum of 2 Adults and up to 4 children.

(No pets allowed in rentals and no overnight guests.)

2026 Season:
Spring/Fall: April 1 - May 20, Sept 8-30, Oct 5-7, 13-14 & 19-31
Peak Season: May 26 - July 1 & July 6 - September 2
Holiday Weekends: Memorial Day (May 21-25), July 4th (July 2-5), Labor Day (Sept 3-7) & Halloween Weekends (Oct 1-4, Oct 8-12 & 15-18)

Spring/Fall: $189
Peak Season:  $214
Holiday Weekend:  $219
Each additional child age 5-15: $5
Each additional child age 16 & older: $10

WEEKLY

2 Adults and 2 Children
Spring/Fall: $1,134
Peak Season: $1,284
Each additional child age 5-15: $30
Each additional child age 16 & older: $40

MONTHLY

2 Adults and 2 Children
Spring/Fall: $3,400
Peak Season: $3,800
Each additional child age 5-15: $60
Each additional child age 16 & older: $80

As per New Jersey State Law - each rental is subject to sales tax.

Park Model Rental includes:

• Outside fire ring
• Full bathroom
• Charcoal grill

    No need to carry chairs, cooler, etc to the pool area, we set it up with your name reserved on the space for the day. Cost per day is $59.99 +tax

    • Pop Up Tent for shade
    • 4 Adirondack chairs
    • Small Food/drink tables
    • Large Cooler with 1 bag of ice
    • Large cheese pizza pie
    • 4 bottles of water

photoKymer's is our favorite getaway! The campgrounds are very well kept, the staff is polite and friendly, and there are a lot of games and activities to keep the children busy. The individual sites are very well maintained as are the shower and bathroom facilities.

On our arrival another camper hooked a cable line on their way to their site staff had it repaired that day. Can't say enough about our experience we will definitely be back.

photoFantastic experience. The people who camp here are wonderful, great vibes all around. Premium cabin rental was a great fit for us. Caught 3 fish, a couple trout and a large mouth bass. Very family friendly with a lot of activities available for free including kayak rentals. We will definitely be back!
