Park Model Rental rates for April 15 - October 15, 2025

Park Model Rentals are rented for a maximum of 2 Adults and up to 4 children.

(No pets allowed in rentals and no overnight guests.)

2025 Season:
Spring/Fall: April 1 - May 21, Sept 2 - Oct 2, Oct 6-9, 14-16 & 20-31
Peak Season: May 27 - July 1 & July 7 - Aug 27
Holiday Weekends: Memorial Day (May 22-26), July 4th (July 2-6), Labor Day (Aug 28 - Sept 1) & Halloween Weekends (Oct 3-5, Oct 10-13 & 17-19)

Peak Season:  $214
Holiday Weekend:  $219
Each additional child age 5-15: $5
Each additional child age 16 & older: $10

WEEKLY

2 Adults and 2 Children
Spring/Fall: $1,104
Peak Season: $1,284
Each additional child age 5-15: $30
Each additional child age 16 & older: $40

MONTHLY

2 Adults and 2 Children
Spring/Fall: $3,000
Peak Season: $3,500
Each additional child age 5-15: $60
Each additional child age 16 & older: $80

As per New Jersey State Law - each rental is subject to sales tax.

Park Model Rental includes:
• Double beds
• Deck with chairs
• Dining room/living room
• Picnic table
• Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, dishes, utensils, coffee pot & toaster
• Outside fire ring
• Full bathroom
• Charcoal grill
• Air conditioning & heat
• Cable TV
 

Suggested items to bring with you:

• Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloths
• Toiletries

photo1st time camping @ Kymers had an awesome time very clean grounds,personable & attentive staff bathrooms were clean & maintained regularly. They also had activities & presentations for the kids. On our arrival another camper hooked a cable line on their way to their site staff had it repaired that day. Can't say enough about our experience we will definitely be back.

photoKymer's is our favorite getaway! The campgrounds are very well kept, the staff is polite and friendly, and there are a lot of games and activities to keep the children busy. The individual sites are very well maintained as are the shower and bathroom facilities.

photoFantastic experience. The people who camp here are wonderful, great vibes all around. Premium cabin rental was a great fit for us. Caught 3 fish, a couple trout and a large mouth bass. Very family friendly with a lot of activities available for free including kayak rentals. We will definitely be back!
